  • Develop and grow business opportunities for Defibs and Education Solutions in line with company strategy and sales objectives.

  • Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, evaluating customer potential, and analyzing industry and market conditions.

  • Promote and sell products by establishing contact, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.

  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers by providing professional support, information, and guidance.

  • Develop trust, rapport, and credibility with prospects and existing clients.

  • Manage assigned territories and execute effective call plans for both existing and new customers.

  • Ensure product availability for sales activities and product demonstrations.

  • Manage the full ordering process, including preparation of quotations, service coordination, and accurate product information.

  • Negotiate commercial terms, close sales deals, and professionally handle customer objections or complaints.

  • Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and market feedback.

  • Contribute to team objectives and overall business results through collaboration and shared accountability.

  • Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and other promotional or professional events.

  • Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement.

  • Monitor and analyze sales trends and market conditions to drive revenue growth and future business opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.

  • Proven sales experience; experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
