Develop and grow business opportunities for Defibs and Education Solutions in line with company strategy and sales objectives.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting, evaluating customer potential, and analyzing industry and market conditions.
Promote and sell products by establishing contact, understanding customer needs, and recommending appropriate solutions.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with customers by providing professional support, information, and guidance.
Develop trust, rapport, and credibility with prospects and existing clients.
Manage assigned territories and execute effective call plans for both existing and new customers.
Ensure product availability for sales activities and product demonstrations.
Manage the full ordering process, including preparation of quotations, service coordination, and accurate product information.
Negotiate commercial terms, close sales deals, and professionally handle customer objections or complaints.
Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant data and market feedback.
Contribute to team objectives and overall business results through collaboration and shared accountability.
Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, workshops, and other promotional or professional events.
Gather customer and prospect feedback and share insights with internal teams to support continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze sales trends and market conditions to drive revenue growth and future business opportunities.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
Proven sales experience; experience in medical devices or healthcare solutions is an advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and manage long-term customer relationships.
Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working effectively both independently and within a team.
