We are seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo ERP modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Odoo (preferably v14–v17), a solid understanding of business processes, and the ability to lead ERP implementation projects from start to finish. 

Key Responsibilities: 

1. Odoo Development & Customization 

• Design, develop, and maintain custom Odoo modules and applications. 

• Customize existing modules to fit business requirements (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.). 

• Integrate Odoo with third-party applications and APIs. 

1. System Architecture & Design 

• Participate in requirement analysis, solution design, and architecture planning. 

• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability. 

1. Implementation & Support 

• Lead full-cycle Odoo implementations including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and training. 

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for live environments. 

1. Collaboration 

• Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and business users to ensure smooth ERP operations. 

• Mentor junior developers and review their code. 

1. Quality Assurance 

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Odoo best practices. 

• Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT). 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

Category Requirements 

Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 

Experience 4–7+ years of professional experience in software development, with at least 3+ years specifically in Odoo ERP (preferably v13–v17). 

Technical Skills - Strong proficiency in Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL. 

- Hands-on experience with Odoo framework, ORM, and QWeb. 

- Experience with Linux, Git, Docker, and REST APIs. 

Functional Knowledge Deep understanding of ERP modules like Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, Manufacturing, CRM, etc. 

Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Ability to work independently and lead a small technical team. 

Preferred - Odoo Certification (v15+). 

- Experience with SaaS/Odoo.sh deployment. 

- Prior exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.
