Apply promptly for import certificates and licenses for each shipment.
Support logistics operations and ensure smooth customs clearance and shipping processes.
Keep accurate inventory records and report any issues such as delivery delays or accidents immediately.
Comply with all safety guidelines and legal requirements throughout the supply chain.
Obtain necessary import approvals from the DOA Seed Department and other authorities without delay.
Coordinate with forwarders and confirm shipping details to ensure timely cargo delivery.
Manage relationships with suppliers and secure import permits, including for sample shipments.
Collaborate with internal departments and government agencies, maintaining clear communication.
Regularly update managers on shipment statuses and resolve issues through teamwork and cross-functional support.
Continuously improve supply chain efficiency by adopting new technologies and enhancing tracking and reporting systems.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Supply Chain Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes; agriculture sector experience is a plus
Proficient in supply chain software (e.g., ERP/SAP)
Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Fluent in both Myanmar and English
Detail-oriented with strategic and analytical thinking
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook 365, including email communication.
