Responsible to design, develop, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, workbooks, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc. for all agency distribution channels. (Note – this is not only graphic design or online training role!). We have a big focus on sales training, so it will better if you have some experience in this area in financial industry. This job will be demanding, with tight deadlines and complex challenges.

• Design, develop, record, edit, and implement training content and e-learning including handouts, workbooks, manuals, tests/quizzes, presentations, scripts, video, audio, etc. for training team within the corporate branding guidelines.
• Maintain content in a library of reusable assets such as pictures, video, and templates.
• Deliver and attend training for 2-4 days per month to ensure material is effective and to improve current training library.
• Proof-read and edit content for proper use of grammar, punctuation, style, and brand guidelines. Review and test content for accuracy and usability.
• Research to develop engaging and effective training solutions
• Help identify skill gaps and the most appropriate method of training to address these gaps
• Deliver technical training and coach to new hires as needed

• Work with the documentation team to ensure the learning and support materials are leveraging each other
• Performing duties other than those set out above depending on the circumstances as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree holder
• Intermediate level of English Speaking
• 3-5 years of experience working in training field (preferred financial/life insurance industry)
• Advanced skill level in PowerPoint
• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Video Editing Software
• Strong knowledge of graphic design with awareness of the competitive market
• Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at various stages at the same time
• Experience with e-Learning authoring tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex work environment, with the ability to carry out complex assignments and adapt to changing situations and priorities
• Ability to take initiatives and drive execution with business result
• Application of adult learning and blended learning principles (preferred)
• Ability to quickly learn subject matter.
• Resourceful in finding information and fact checking.
• Ability to work under pressure and on weekends
