Job Summary
Join Red Mountain Estate Vineyards & Winery as a Sales Representative in Nyaungshwe, Shan State. You will drive sales growth, build strong customer relationships, and represent a leading winery brand in the local market.

Key Responsibilities
● Promote winery products and increase sales through direct customer engagement and follow-up.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, hotels, and partners.
● Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion in assigned areas.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and report customer feedback, trends, and competitor activity.
● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order handling and customer satisfaction.

● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in FMCG, beverages, or hospitality.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field.
● Good understanding of sales reporting and customer service principles.
● Able to travel within the assigned township and surrounding areas.
● Familiarity with the Shan State market is an advantage.
