We are seeking a talented and motivated Service Advisor to join our team in Yoma Motors, offering competitive compensation.  

The Service Advisor will manage to provide effective communication and first line contact with the customer, keeping the customer always informed of the progress of their vehicle, and sell the benefit of any repairs, and periodic maintenance to the customer working closely with Group Aftersales Manager. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Demonstrating excellent customer service and acting as the main point of contact for customer vehicle issues. 

  • Completes work orders (Diagnostic write-up) including details of diagnosis of customer concerns and parts required. 

  • Interpret worksheets, estimates and itemised job cards/service orders. 

  • Collaborating with the Spare Parts department to ensure timely availability of parts. 

  • Suggesting process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and workshop efficiency. 

  • Contributing to team efforts by collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless dealership operations. 

  • Ad Hoc Assignments: Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks or projects as needed to support the Aftersales department or overall company goals.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor in B.E (Mechatronic), or related field. 

  • At least 2-year experience as a Service Advisor  

  • Strong customer relationships and Motorbike service knowledge. 

  • High level of integrity and confidentiality. 

  • Familiarity with Automotive software. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 

  • English four skills (Need to communicate with foreigners)
