  • Make activities plan and PDCA
  • Inform dealer about service target (Monthly or quarterly)
  • Support dealer in warranty claim and monitor market quality
  • Collect all level of action plan for Department Action Plan
  • Prepare report using statistics, charts and graphs to illustrate planning
  • Facilitate for Service planning meetings and briefings
  • Manage service KPI data and share with Asia Honda

  • Manage NCX Showroom Facebook Pages
