We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to assist our Chief Engineer in driving engineering operations and executing turnkey industrial projects. In this role, you will oversee electrical power distribution, PLC automation, and ELV system installationsnis across site projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, and proven leadership to manage site teams, coordinate with clients, and deliver high-standard engineering solutions.
 

Key Responsibilities

Engineering Management & Project Coordination

• Assist the Chief Engineer in overall engineering processes, resource planning, project execution, and technical decision-making.
• Review project requirements, technical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), AutoCAD layouts, and material specifications for Electrical and ELV systems.Support design coordination, prepare material submittals, and compile comprehensive technical documentation.
• Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, vendors, sub-contractors, and internal project teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Lead and supervise site installation for Electrical Systems, Power Distribution (MSB/Sub-panels), and heavy industrial wiring.
• Inspect, configure, and troubleshoot Control Panels (VFD, Soft Starters, DOL) and Factory Automation systems (PLC, HMI, Sensors, and Instrumentation).

Testing, Commissioning & Quality Assurance

• Plan, execute, and monitor site installation, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure seamless handovers.
• Perform advanced technical troubleshooting and provide practical, on-site solutions to resolve engineering challenges promptly.
• Enforce work quality standards, safety compliance, punch list resolutions, daily/weekly progress reporting, and final handover documentation.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech - Electrical, Power, or Electronics) or equivalent professional engineering qualification.
   
• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience in Industrial Power Distribution, Control Panels, Factory Automation (PLC/HMI).
• Technical Proficiency:
   
  • Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical for reading, reviewing, and modifying Single Line Diagrams (SLD) and schematics.
  • Experience with Rice Mills, Food Processing Plants, or Heavy Industrial Facilities is highly preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, site team management, structured problem-solving, and professional communication skills.
• Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel to project sites across Myanmar as required.
