Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct infrastructure feasibility checks for Canal+ decoder installation at partner hotels, apartments, and businesses.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CGA system.
  • Monitor, track, and manage decoder stock, ensuring proper allocation and documentation.
  • Handle decoder activation and ensure smooth onboarding for B2B clients.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve error codes/issues faced by clients
  • Provide basic after-sales service support, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.
  • Assist in coordinating with sales, operations, and technical teams to support ongoing B2B projects.

Job Requirements

Basic Skills & Competencies:

  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support, technical customer service, or related role
  • Educational background in IT or related technical field.
  • Experience in hospitality, telecom, or pay-TV industries will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a technical mindset.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Ability to interact professionally with customers (hotel engineers, managers, business stakeholders).
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage data entry and reporting accurately.

Team player with willingness to learn and grow.
