Job Description

Social Media Engagement

  • Administering and maintain daily the organization’s official social media platforms.
  • Actively monitor and engage with all forms of Social Media (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, YouTube and etc.) to support organization wide activity, including marketing and recruitment campaigns.
  • Act as the key points of contact and provide customer service for social media queries, develop a quick active response process, look to proactively influence and offer support for customers, media, social influencer and other online groups.
  • Support the Marketing (IMC) and Communications teams and work with other divisions by providing assistance on the community engagement and customer service activities with execution of tailored social media campaigns aligned with specific business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Drive and manage social media campaigns from to ensure measurable of campaign success and to increase follower base. 

Social Media Content

  • Source and produce engaging content by working with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure the organization’s social media  channels are up to date, relevant and interesting.
  • Assist in conducting research, gathering insights from the Social Engagement reports , social media market trends and Voice of Customer (VOC), to develop original, strategic social media content in promoting the organization’s events, announcements, and marketing communications campaigns.
  • Assist with the drafting and proof reading of content, including but not limited to social media posts, web articles, announcements, replies to customer and stakeholders queries, and recruitment advertisements.
  • Coordinate and compile regular Social Engagement reports by reviewing social media metrics with Supervisor and proactively advise on what social media content is working well and what needs to be adjusted
  • Update the  Social Engagement databases including regular updates on query response rates, quality, quantity, trends and topics to ensure that they represent an effective marketing  resource.
  • Perform administrative duties as required by the Marketing and Communications department
  • Other related responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor degree holder.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in marketing, communication, social media or related work.
  • Experience with social media management software is a plus.
  • Experience supporting paid social media campaigns a plus.
  • Prior experience in the Financial/Banking, Media or Technology spaces a plus, but not necessary—must be eager to learn about our business and the industry
  • Good writing and content creation skills
  • Must be able to work shifts or weekends.
  • Good ability to use the Microsoft suites (Excel/Words/PPT)
  • Passion, curiosity, and eagerness to use social media to address business objectives
  • Quick on one’s feet—excited about operating in a fast-paced organization and providing solutions
  • Inclusive communicator with the ability to work at the intersection of multiple teams
  • Fluency in Myanmar
  • Good in English
  • Excellent writing skills in Myanmar
  • Excellent writing skills in English
