The successful candidate will lead a team of developers responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions using Agile methodologies. You will be responsible for managing and directing all aspects of software development, from initial concept through to final product release.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the development team: As the Software Development Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers. This includes providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential.
2. Develop and implement Agile methodologies: You will be responsible for implementing Agile methodologies within the development team, including scrum and other Agile techniques. This includes defining and enforcing Agile processes and practices to improve the quality and speed of software development.
3. Manage software development projects: You will be responsible for managing software development projects from conception to delivery. This includes planning, estimating, tracking, and reporting on project progress, and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
4. Technical leadership: You will provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in software development.
5. Manage cloud infrastructure: You will be responsible for managing and maintaining cloud infrastructure, including AWS and Kubernetes. This includes deploying, configuring, and maintaining infrastructure, as well as managing security and compliance.
6. Develop and maintain APIs: You will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs that allow the integration of different software applications. This includes designing and implementing APIs, as well as testing and documenting them.
7. Work with NoSQL databases: You will be responsible for working with NoSQL databases, including designing and implementing database schemas, as well as managing and optimizing database performance.
8. Collaborate with other teams: You will collaborate with other teams within the organization, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to ensure that software development aligns with business goals and requirements.
9. Communication: You will communicate with stakeholders and management, providing regular updates on software development progress, risks, and issues, as well as proposing solutions to problems.
