Job Description

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales process for own leads — including lead generation, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (project management, development, finance and marketing) to align client needs with company capabilities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows to enhance brand presence and network for business development.
•Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and client updates for management review.
•Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy for pipeline and activity tracking.
• Participate and support in the activities for systems implementation
• Uphold company values, compliance, and ethical sales practices in all client engagements.

Job Requirements

Job Specification (JS):

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or IT is preferred).

  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales in the software  sector 

  • Experience in closing large deals and managing complex sales cycles.

  • Good command of English is a must.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong account management skills.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with understanding of client business needs and market dynamics.

  • Ability to work as a team as well as independently

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools 

  • Long-term commitment to the organization
