Based Location - Mandalay 
-Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

-Expand new business opportunities and market expansion areas.

-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs

-Lead and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

-Monitor sales performance and track promotional activities.

-Daily, weekly & monthly reports to superior.

-Any other duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Based Location - Mandalay
-Must have experience in related fields for 3-5 years.

-Able to relocated to Mandalay. (Other benefit will be negotiated in Interview).

-Leadership skills, Management skill and Critical Thinking is a must.

-Strategic Planning and Data Analysis skill needed.

-Customer Relationship and resolving escalated issues and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

-Coordinating with marketing teams to improve brand awareness

-Freedom to work under pressure.
