Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

● Assist senior technicians with solar, inverter, and battery installation at customer sites.
● Support wiring, cable routing, grounding, conduit work, and breaker or fuse box installation.
● Check tools and materials before and after site visits to ensure everything is accounted for.
● Assist with basic testing of voltage, current, and battery SOC under supervision.
● Perform routine maintenance such as tightening cables and cleaning solar panels.
● Record installation reports and materials usage with the team.
● Follow solar safety rules, wiring standards, and battery handling procedures.
● Support WiFi and Bluetooth app-based monitoring setup when needed.
● Communicate customer questions and updates to senior staff.
● Help explain basic system usage to customers after installation with guidance.

Job Requirements

● Basic knowledge of electrical or electronic principles.
● Basic understanding of solar, inverter, and battery systems.
● Familiar with simple use of tools such as multimeter, screwdriver, and drill.
● Fast learner with good teamwork and communication skills.
● Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow site procedures.
● Minimum high school education or equivalent; school-related duties cleared.
● Interest in solar installation field and outdoor site work.
● Responsible, eager to learn, and free from alcohol or drug use.
● Able to work at heights when required.
● Age 20 to 35.
