Job Summary
This position is for a Solar Technician responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support of solar PV systems to ensure stable system operation.
In addition, the role involves conducting root cause analysis, preparing technical reports, and managing spare parts inventory. The candidate will also participate in industry conferences and B2B meetings to evaluate emerging solar technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
● Perform varying corrective, preventive, and emergency maintenance for solar PV systems.
● Interact with customers on a professional level as part of a multi-tasking team.
● Perform onsite installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
● Check and provide complete documentation to clients.
● Carry out site root analysis.
● Attend the conference and B2B meetings to assess new solar PV system technologies
● Apply root cause analysis techniques on all major and recurring faults.
● Investigate technical failures and prepare formal technical reports.
● Record keeping and management of spare part movements.
● Able to develop training materials and courseware.
● Provide technical training and technical guidance to customers.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in Solar Service Technician.
● Professional fluency in English for written and verbal communication is required.
● Proven experience as a Solar Technician or in a related field.
● Strong understanding of solar energy systems, electrical systems, and safety protocols.
● Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
● Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
● Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks as required.
