Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Taking off the bill of quantity according to breakdown prices as per drawings and specification.
• Price comparison and costing summary.
• Prepare contract for subcontractors , clients and
suppliers according to standard specifications.
• Attend meeting with consultants/main con /client
for substantiation of Variation Order.
• Submission of monthly progress claims and site valuations.
• Preparation of Variation Order for submission
• Liaise with subcontractors and clients , suppliers
• Review drawings for dispute resolution for discrepancies between contract and latest drawings
• Contracts negotiation
• Preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Tender Document
• Preparation of Payment Application, certification and valuation of scope of work

-AutoCad 2D , 3 D , Isometric Drawing
-MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
-Bachelor’s degree or other education in relevant field
-Excellent organizational skills
