We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sr.Officer/AM - Campaign Management to join our team in ATOM Myanmar Ltd. In this role, you will work closely with the senior management team to implement brand strategies, manage 360-degree marketing campaigns, and enhance the company’s communication initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of brand building, digital marketing, and event management, combined with strong project management skills. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to drive impactful marketing and communication efforts within the dynamic telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the day-to-day execution of campaigns across various channels, including USSD, SMS, App. This involves coordinating with internal teams.
  • Audience Segmentation: Build, validate, and extract complex data files, target lists, exclusions, and suppression lists to ensure precise audience targeting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a point of contact between the marketing team and other departments, such as product, BI, and IT, to ensure smooth communication and campaign alignment.
  • Omni-Channel Execution: Deploy campaigns across telecom-specific channels including SMS, USSD, Interactive Voice Response (IVR), flash messages, and self-care apps, Digital Channel.
  • Performance Reporting and Monitoring Monitor each campaign, evaluate the campaign performance with uptake ratio, sms delivery, conversion rate and need to present to stakeholders with all details of campaign performance.
  • Loyalty Management: Create offers for Loyal users and help them upgrade their level. Provide benefits to upgrade to higher tier.
  • Campaign Launch & GTM (Go-to-Market) Support: Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies. This includes assisting with campaign creation, UAT, SIT and positioning the offers as per market need in line with the Product Owners.

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A master’s degree or additional certifications in digital marketing or brand management is a plus.

Experience

  • Sr. Officer: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing, reporting, or business analyst role, with some exposure to the telecom or technology industry.
  • Assistant Manager: 2-4 years of experience in CVM or a related function, with a proven track record of supporting campaign launches in a telecom or technology environment.

Key Skillsets

  • Expertise in managing digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, influencer marketing, and campaign analytics.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Burmese.
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with project management tools and processes is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
