Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Coordinate overseas import shipments, suppliers, and customs clearance.
  • Process imports permits, approvals, and government documentation (DOA, IC, IL, MIC, OSS, PPD).
  • Monitor inventory, warehouse stock, and stock transfers.
  • Coordinate production planning, QA testing, and packing material requirements.
  • Arrange logistics, transportation, and delivery schedules.
  • Perform SAP transactions (PO, Stock Transfer, Goods Issue, Subcontracting, Stock Checking).
  • Coordinate banking documentation, TT payments, and foreign currency transactions.
  • Prepare operational reports and support daily supply chain activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade or  a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, import/export, procurement, or warehouse operations.
  • Knowledge of import procedures and government permits is an advantage.
  • Proficient in ERP/SAP and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
