Job Description

  • Prepare and implement the ISO Implementation Plan and Internal Audit Schedule, and conduct internal audits accordingly.
  • Participate and cooperate with relevant departments during External Audits.
  • Review, revise, and update system-related documents submitted by Assistant System Auditors / System Auditors.
  • Cooperate with departments to ensure achievement of departmental objectives.
  • Support the preparation of Monthly Reports by providing required data and analysis.
  • Coordinate with departments to collect necessary data and prepare PowerPoint presentations for MRC (Management Review Committee) Meetings.
  • Record and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on the completion status of management decisions.
  • Coordinate and cooperate with relevant departments on system-related matters.
  • Implement monthly Internal Audit Plans and Implementation Plans in coordination with concerned departments.
  • Lead the Audit Team when required and review or finalize audit reports.
  • Support and participate in QMS (Quality Management System) related activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate
  • Must have (1) year experience in related field.
  • Proficient  in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and E-mail.
  • Good in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Age between 25 and 30 years.
