Oversee the IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, network, and security systems, to ensure smooth and secure operation of all IT-related functions.
Oversee the setup, configuration, and maintenance of the ecommerce platforms, including website integration, shopping cart management, payment gateways, and order fulfillment systems.
Monitor and track ecommerce performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to optimize user experience, sales conversion, and overall website functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between ecommerce platforms and other business systems.

Develop and implement effective inventory management systems, including inventory tracking, stock alignment and replenishment, and order fulfillment processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for staff and customers, resolving issues related to ecommerce platforms, inventory systems, and other IT-related matters.
Oversight of cyber security and data protection, including but not limited to online transactions and customer data.

Lead and support a team of professionals, providing guidance, training, and user adoption to ensure their professional growth and effectiveness.
Implement SOPs, guidelines and provide requirements for all relevant digital and online activities.
Utilize AI and tech-oriented tools to support content creation and publishing.

Assist in content planning, scheduling, and organization to ensure timely and consistent delivery of assets to various platforms and channels.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
6 years plus hands-on experience with website development, system management and integration in a high-availability.
Proven track record of successful systems implementation, management and optimization.
Office 365 management and configuration.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach.
Proven ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, network, and security systems.
Proven ability to provide technical support and troubleshoot issues.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and ensuring data integrity.
Familiarity with AI and tech-oriented tools.
