Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  •  Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, operating systems, databases, middleware, project implementation, system integration, and deployment of new products & services.
  • Lead incident and problem management activities, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
  • Monitor and manage complex virtualization ecosystems, including Hypervisors, Virtual Infrastructure Managers (VIM), and Cloud Management Platforms.
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and service KPIs, taking proactive measures to maintain system target KPIs.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate technical specifications.

Job Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree in (Electronics & Communications/ IT / Telecommunications/ Computer Science)
  • Minimum 5- years Experience in the area of BI development ,  Billing , OSS , customer experience, Operation and Management
  • Prefer candidates who holds Dip in Strategic Management , Dip in Project Management
  • Have PMBOK skills and be capable of project management 
  • Knowledge of ITIL, Techenical ,  Database and Telecom field and IT Field
  • Have the Capability of system architect skill and capable of system design
  • Have customer experience management skill and to handle budget management skill.
  • Experience in new system integration very well
