Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Manage and support enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, network devices, operating systems, databases, middleware, project implementation, system integration, and deployment of new products & services.
Lead incident and problem management activities, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive solutions.
Monitor and manage complex virtualization ecosystems, including Hypervisors, Virtual Infrastructure Managers (VIM), and Cloud Management Platforms.
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and service KPIs, taking proactive measures to maintain system target KPIs.
Gather and analyze business requirements, coordinate with vendors, and ensure accurate technical specifications.

Job Requirements

At least Bachelor Degree in (Electronics & Communications/ IT / Telecommunications/ Computer Science)
Minimum 5- years Experience in the area of BI development , Billing , OSS , customer experience, Operation and Management
Prefer candidates who holds Dip in Strategic Management , Dip in Project Management
Have PMBOK skills and be capable of project management
Knowledge of ITIL, Techenical , Database and Telecom field and IT Field
Have the Capability of system architect skill and capable of system design
Have customer experience management skill and to handle budget management skill.
Experience in new system integration very well
