  1. Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Support
  •  Provide full recruitment support to business units (BUs) and factories for timely and effective staffing of new hires.
  • Design and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the organizational needs of each BU and factory.
  • Assist and support other BUs with comprehensive recruitment solutions and manpower deployment plans.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business expansion and long-term workforce planning.
  1. End-to-End Recruitment Management
  • Lead and manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding in collaboration with relevant HR functions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage recruitment planning and coordination for mass hiring, internal transfers, and urgent replacements.
  1. Onboarding Program
  • Design, coordinate, and implement the New Employee Onboarding Program across all business units and functions
  • Ensure new hires are effectively introduced to the company culture, team structures, job expectations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to organize orientation sessions, assign onboarding checklists, and track completion.
  • Monitor new hire feedback and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness to support employee engagement and retention.
  • Prepare and share monthly onboarding reports and onboarding satisfaction results with management.
  1. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Collaborate with department heads and BU leaders to assess manpower gaps and future hiring needs.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on recruitment matters to business leaders and HR business partners
  1. Budget Management
  •  Oversee and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners.
  • Manage and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring through efficient use of tools, technology, and partnerships.
  1. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting
  • Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source of hire) to track performance and identify improvement areas.
  • Generate Weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports for Top management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
  1. Compliance & Policy Adherence
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal recruitment policies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring documentation, and audit readiness for all staffing activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (preferably in large-scale or multi-unit organizations).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, workforce planning, and labor laws.
  • Proven ability to manage mass hiring and strategic recruitment projects.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, recruitment tools, and data analytics.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
