JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)

Main Responsibilities/ အဓိကတာဝန်ယူရမည့်အရာများ

  1. Follows the SOPs of Talent Acquisition policy lay down by ARH in order to get conformity.
  2. Supervises in receiving applications and importing of applicant data to HRIS in order to build applicant database.
  3. Receives employee requisition from business units and checking against the allotted manpower and present to superior.
  4. Assist to superior in making vacancy announcement and application screening.
  5. Supervise the interview process.
    1. Coordinate with business units for application screening.
    2. Preparing short-listed candidate's data.
    3. Supervise the Interview appointment.
    4. Preparing documents for interview process.
    5. Supervise the reference, black-list and required data checking.
    6. Supervise the interview arrangement (appointment, venue, waiting area, refreshments)
  6. Performs job offering, supervise in sending regret letter and assist to superior in facility arrangement, orientation and introduction of new hires.
  7. Performs process of signing contract and create database for contractors.
  8. Report and give advice to superiors for smooth operation of recruitment and appointment process.
  9. Undertaking duties and responsibilities assigned and instructed by immediate superior of HR Division.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Diploma in HR Management or Development is mandatorily required.
  • 3 year experience in Human Resource Management.
  • 2 year experience in recruiter position.
  • Sound knowledge on National Labor Law.
  • Knowledge on various social media platform.
  • Communication, Analytical, liaising skill.
  • Intermediate level in 4 skills of English.
  • High competency of MS office package.
  • Sound knowledge on HRIS and recruitment system.
