Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • To prepare and timely file all mandatory tax returns (monthly, quarterly, yearly) with the Internal Revenue Department (IRD), including: CIT, CT, WHT
  • To maintain meticulous records and documentation required for tax filings and audits.
  • To research and interpret complex Myanmar tax laws, regulations, notifications, and procedures.
  • To advise HOD on the tax implications of business decisions, transactions, and new initiatives.
  • To make sure that all tax payments (CIT, CT, WHT) are made to the designated banks/IRD by strict deadlines to avoid penalties and interest.
  • To manage the payable to supplier on time.
  • To renew Form 2, Company returns to DICA yearly.
  • Financial information has to be kept confidential.
  • Ad-hoc shall be assigned as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, LCCI level (III) and equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Strongly knowledge of taxation process and deadline.
  • Knowledge of AP process and can payment on time.
  • Knowledge and experience in accounting application systems Quick book, MS office, MS excel.
