ROLE PURPOSE  

The Cash Operations Department is looking for a Team lead (MTO) to manage and oversee all vehicle-related tasks that support cash operations. This includes making sure vehicles are safe, available, well maintained, and used properly for daily cash transport. This role will help ensure cash services run smoothly and on time. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES  

• Managing and overseeing vehicle travel schedules and arrangements. 
• Supervising and managing vehicle maintenance operations. 
• Investigating and resolving vehicle-related incidents. 
• Handling vehicle insurance matters and maintaining up-to-date vehicles registrations. 
• Reviewing and verifying the travel schedule records and reports. 
• Assist in planning and optimizing vehicle routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs. 

Education & Special Training 

Essential 

• Must hold a university degree. 
• Must have knowledge of traffic laws and regulations. 

Desirable 

• Experience in route planning and risk assessment preferred. 

Experience 

Essential  

• At least 3+years of experience in managing the vehicle management & overseeing the duties of drivers. 

Desirable 

• Must possess a valid driver’s license. 
• Must be at least 35 years old or older. 

Knowledge & Skills  

Essential  

• Strong understanding of vehicle fleet management systems and maintenance procedures. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. 
• Strong negotiation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. 
• Willingness to travel as required.

Languages

Essential   

• Must be proficient in Burmese.
• Must have a basic level of English.
