Job Description

  • Managing daily operations of LAN services team (Wireless + Fiber)
  • Deliver the results what is set up by Management Team
  • Responsible for initiation of operation procedures and operation activities
  • Handling daily car/labor/logistic issue
  • Follow up customer feedback/complaint handling 
  • Tracking and analyzing all the service tickets
  • Analyzing daily KPI for each engineers/teams 
  • Preparing weekly/monthly report for Team KPI
  • Responsible for daily operations including stock management
  • Responsible for technical Documentation Procedures and Filing Documents 
  • Manage Teams and Responsible for communication with internal cross teams
  • Responsible for designing duty roaster for technicians, preparing duty assignment for technician for operation purposes
  • Communicate with sales team, finance team and customer service team
  • Responsible for managing technician’s activities and working procedures
  • Responsible to be in Field as needed.
  • To perform as assigned according to job requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering (or) any graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in relevant field
  • Experience leading a network operations team in a dynamic, transformational environment
  • Proven track record of driving change and transformation in operations processes, tools and technologies
  • Prior experience in driving and leading enterprise technology and cultural transformation programs highly desired
  • Solid knowledge on routing protocols and topology design, VPN, firewall, wireless networks unified communications, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
  • Experience in managing cost reduction programs
  • Excellent communicator and able to drive consensus across diverse technology teams
  • Industry certifications such as CCNA/CCNP are highly desired
