Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

• Lead engineering operations for SKD assembly, ensuring technical precision, production efficiency, and adherence to quality standards.

• Oversee development and implementation of engineering processes, systems, and standards to support smooth factory operations, consistent with international practices.

• Collaborate with production, planning, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure material availability, production timelines, and continuous improvement of assembly workflows.
• Drive SKD engineering problem analysis, troubleshooting, root‑cause correction, and preventive action planning.

• Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing principles, and performance metrics to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

• Prepare technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and engineering reports to support decision‑making and operational transparency.

• Monitor engineering performance KPIs and reports, and provide insights to senior leadership for strategic planning and operational excellence.

• Support new product introductions and engineering adaptations for market requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related Engineering discipline; Master’s / advanced technical qualification preferred.

• Minimum 5–8 years of engineering leadership experience in automotive manufacturing, SKD operations or assembly environment.

• Strong understanding of automotive production systems, assembly processes, and engineering controls.
• Demonstrated experience in planning and executing engineering process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and technical decision‑making skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate across functions and lead multi‑disciplinary teams.

• Proficiency in engineering tools, production systems (ERP), and MS Office.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
