  • Daily monitor & analysis on RMS visibility Report ( Daily Open and Closed).
  • Daily monitor & analysis on DG Controller visibility Report ( Daily Open and Closed).
  • Daily monitor & analysis on Fuel sensor Visibility Report ( Daily Open and Closed).
  • Daily monitor & analysis on KWH & M-5 automation Report ( Daily Open and Closed).
  • Update and finding the solution of Open cases.
  • Zero Pending TT's on all 5 Projects more than 30 days.
  • 15 days of SLA of all TT's till closure and performance review of the team.
  • Daily team movement plan and share the report "Plan Vs Done" report before COB on all Projects.
  • Need to update daily pending all Open site and the status either these are pending in IE and IGT Domain.
  • it with client to get the material/hardware to close the site and submit the report till closure follow-up.
  • WCC follow up for fuel sensor installation project & MOH activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or a relevant Diploma in Electrical, Telecommunications, IT Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–6 years of managerial experience in the telecommunications sector.
  • Relevant experience in O&M of passive telecom infrastructure
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, Internet tools and English
