- Troubleshoot and technical support to customers issues related to flour quality, processing and performance
- Collaborate with milling department, QA & QC department and Sale and marketing team to identify customers needs and opportunities for product developmant
- Provide training and support to customers on product usage and industry best practices
- Stay up to date with industry trends regulations and emerging new technologies related to flour production and processing
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as products, specifications, application guidelines and troubleshooting procedures

Job Requirements
- Male ( Prefer 25 to 30 years old )
- English language ( Intermediate level )
- Any graduate candidate with experience in the baking field will be accepted ( Prefer Bachelor degree in food science )
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team enviroment
