Job Overview:

We are looking for technology solution engineers to handle our SAAS product stacks and work alongside with both internal and external stakeholders. As a solution engineer, you will be required to draft and deliver presentations, demonstrate the features of cloud products, and create customized solutions for the client.

In this role, you will get exposure to a variety of SAAS products, and get to utilize your product knowledge and technical skills in contributing towards the organization’s marketing, sales, and customer support efforts.

Job Description:

• Test and study SAAS software products like PagerDuty, SmartSheet, Zoho etc.

• Test and study cloud service technology like Google Analytics, Adobe etc.

• Collaborate with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

• Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience

• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, FAQ, user guide, and developer guides

• Regularly update existing documentation

• Create scripts for video tutorials

• Drafting and delivering presentations, and demonstration documents on targeted products

• Answering client queries and providing technical product support

• Documenting processes and compiling user manuals for the marketing team and clients

• Accompanying marketing teams to marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches

• Background in engineering or computer science

• Familiarity with SAAS technology

• Must be willing to learn various SAAS technologies, associated ecosystem, and common processes

• Ability to deliver high-quality documentation while paying attention to detail

• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures

• Excellent written skills in English

• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
