Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1. Installing and configuring   hardware and software components to ensure usability.
2. Responsible for monitoring and maintaining CCTV 
3. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
4. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.
5. Upgrading the entire  software on all computers.Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.
6. Software Error Report to IT Team.
7. IT Inventory Assets list prepared and report to Manager (Monthly)

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT or related field
  2. 1-year experience in Help Desk or IT Support role
  3. Proficient in Windows 11/10/7 and Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
  4. Basic Knowledge of File sharing system and print sharing system
  5. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS & DHCP
  6. Good problem-solving skill and communication skills
  7. CompTIA A+, Network+
