Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

•    Provide end to end service for  AGD POS including new acquisitions and servicing.

•    Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems.
•    Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
•    Transform client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
•    Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
•    Provide technical support, troubleshooting in solution of transactional errors.
•    Analyze the market trend and spot the market shift.
•    Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
•    Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
•    Development and retention of the Branded Merchant network timely and professionally.
•    Build & maintain relationship with managers, directors of key accounts.
•    Work self-directed and independently; act as subject matter mentor to more junior member.
•    Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints.
•    Work closely with the trade marketing teams to develop special in-store trade marketing activities.
•    Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to Merchants.
•    Responsible for regular reviews, updates and strategies sharing with internal team to best aligned with the overall project vision scope.

Job Requirements

•   At least 5 years of work experience in relevant in POS consulting services or business environments, implementing POS applications.

•   Profound understanding of Point of Sales business processes.

•   Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects concurrently.

•   Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.

•   Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.

•   Ability to work in a high intensity, fast-paced environment.

•   Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership.

•   Proactive and Team player.

•   Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment.

•   Good Inter personal skills and able to work effectively with multi-functional team.
•   Good negotiation and presentation skills.
•   Ability to work under pressure and time constraint to meet deadlines and accurate.

•   Able to communicate at different organization levels.

•   Good English communication is a plus.
