  1. Training Needs Analysis:
    • Conduct regular assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees.
    • Work with department heads and managers to understand specific skill gaps and areas for improvement.
  2. Program Development:
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs that include onboarding, technical skills, soft skills, leadership development, and compliance training.
    • Create engaging learning materials, such as manuals, e-learning modules, and interactive workshops.
  3. Implementation and Delivery:
    • Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
    • Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
  4. Evaluation and Feedback:
    • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
    • Continuously improve training initiatives based on participant feedback and changing organizational needs.
  5. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with HR and other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.
    • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote a culture of continuous learning.
  6. Budget and Resource Management:
    • Manage the L&D budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    • Source and manage relationships with external training providers and consultants.
  7. Compliance and Reporting:
    • Ensure all training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
    • Maintain accurate records of training activities and prepare reports for senior management

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in learning and development, training, or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
