Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement an annual L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) in collaboration with department heads.
  • Design and deliver training programs (in-house or with external providers) on technical, soft skills, leadership, and compliance topics.
  • Continuously improve programs based on results and business needs.
  • Manage L&D budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
  • Establish learning roadmaps and career development frameworks for all levels of staff.
  • Provide training and guidance to teams on new or updated processes and performance frameworks.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at the organizational and departmental levels.
  • Train managers and employees on performance management tools and processes.
  • Design and map cross-functional workflows to optimize efficiency and eliminate process bottlenecks.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives across departments using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Facilitate cross-department collaboration to ensure consistent process execution and alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in process management, business analysis, or organizational development.
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM).
  • Proven experience in KPI design, performance measurement, and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strategic thinking with operational execution capability.
  • Attention to detail and structured approach to work.
  • High adaptability in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
  • Results-driven with a focus on measurable impact.
