Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Design, develop, and deliver training programs on telecom transmission technologies (e.g., SDH, DWDM, Optical Fiber, Microwave, IP/MPLS).
  • Conduct virtual, classroom and on-site training for engineers, technicians, and field staff.
  • Prepare training materials, manuals, presentations, and assessments.
  • Evaluate trainees’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and emerging technologies.

  • Collaborate with Line Departments to identify training needs.

  • Support certification and upskilling programs within the organization.

  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in telecom transmission systems.
  • Prefer proven experience as a trainer or mentor in the telecom industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of transmission systems (Optical Fiber, SDH, DWDM, Microwave, IP/MPLS).
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to train diverse groups and adapt to different learning styles.
  • Proficiency with tools like MS Office, Visio, and network monitoring software
