An Exciting Opportunity for ...

To conduct regular preventive maintenance on diagnostic imaging (DI) equipment according to
manufacturer guidelines and maintenance checklists to ensure optimal performance and
reliability.
• To follow the installation process of new DI equipment, ensuring proper setup and configuration
according to manufacturer guidelines and customer specifications.
• To diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly during installation, as well as in
response to customer complaints, to minimize downtime and restore functionality.
• To respond to customer service requests and inquiries, providing technical support and solutions
either remotely or onsite to resolve issues effectively and maintain customer satisfaction.
• To be available for urgent calls 24/7 to address critical equipment failures or emergencies,
ensuring rapid response and resolution to minimize impact on healthcare operations.
• To maintain and calibrate tools and test equipment regularly to ensure accuracy and reliability in
diagnostic procedures and troubleshooting tasks.
• To prepare Document maintenance activities, service reports, and equipment status updates
accurately, providing comprehensive records for internal review and customer communication.
• To engage in continuous learning to stay updated with advancements in DI technology, attend
training sessions to enhance technical skills, and contribute to professional development.
• To adhere to quality assurance standards and regulatory requirements in all service activities,
ensuring compliance and promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
• To provide detailed reports on service activities, customer feedback, and equipment status to
Team Leader accordingly.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Electrical Power or Mechatronics Engineering

• 2 years’ experience in medical equipment maintenance and familiarity with industry standards.
• Demonstrated expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting diagnostic imaging equipment,
adhering to manufacturer's specifications and industry standards. Proficiency in diagnostic
imaging equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
