Key Responsibilities:
•    Manage and conduct site surveys for FTTx, DIA internet links and Value-Added Services (VAS) projects, including after-hours work when required.
•    Prepare comprehensive survey reports for FTTx, DIA and VAS networks, providing actionable insights and recommendations based on field findings.
•    Provide comprehensive IT support services under maintenance agreements and deliver managed IT solutions to contracted clients.
•    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating to vendor support when necessary while maintaining ownership until resolution is confirmed.
•    Maintain accurate documentation of survey reports, daily maintenance activities and incident reports.
•    Lead both pre-sales and post-sales activities, including Proof of Concept (POC) and product demonstrations.
•    Engage with customers to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
•    Liaise with vendors and suppliers to source appropriate solutions and equipment.
•    Prepare technical and financial proposals for VAS solutions and installations.
•    Perform system and network integration tasks as assigned, including design, implementation, configuration, and deployment of network infrastructure, servers, storage systems, and voice/video communication solutions.
•    Supervise and manage structured cabling contractors in VAS projects to ensure quality and compliance.
•    Lead and supervise VAS installation projects to ensure successful delivery in alignment with project schedules.
•    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery meets quality and timeline expectations.
•    Support technical assistance to internal B2B and wholesale teams as required.
 

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the IT, ISP, or Telecommunications industry
•    Possessing certifications from well-known organizations in network areas such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, HPE, Huawei, MikroTik, Ruijie etc, will be a big advantage for this position.
Technical Skills:
•    Strong experience in technical implementation, deployment, support, and troubleshooting of data communication, wired/wireless LAN, firewall, server system and networking products.
•    Good skill and knowledge in computer network, network protocol, data communication, cloud computing, computer server and storage, routing fundamental, computer/network security, system configuration which includes switch, firewall,        router, wireless LAN, server configuration.
•    Practical experience with wireless, networking and security equipment from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, MikroTik, Fortinet, HPE, and Ruijie is desirable.
•    Solid understanding of Fiber Optical Distribution Networks (ODN) and FTTx technologies is preferred.
•    Familiarity with Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems and electrical installation practices is advantageous.
