1. Develop funding sources and funding utilization plan;
2. Responsible for treasury Businesses, including FX, Derivative, interbank Financing, Interbank Deposit, Fund Transfer and Large transaction reporting;
3. Responsible for FTP, FX rate quotation;
4. Responsible for Bond Investment;
5. Responsible to conduct treasury business in compliance with rules and regulations, and report the related data in a timely manner;
