Cash & Treasury Management

• Manage and monitor daily cash and bank balances. Arrange, reserve, and balance funds for submission and reporting to Hub.
• Ensure sufficient liquidity for operational and strategic needs.
• Arrange inward and outward remittances related to import and export transactions.
• Manage overseas and local payments 
• Arrange USD and THB currency requirements and prepare purchase and utilization reports for HOD and YDN teams.

Banking & Financial Operations

• Manage financing facilities, loans, and monitor loan interest and repayment schedules.
• Oversee bank account opening and closing, internet banking, MMQR, POS, and all related banking services.
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Coordinate ED due dates from CBM reports on a weekly basis and, when necessary, liaise with Parliament and UMFCCI..

Reporting & Management

• Prepare monthly cash flow reports and present them to the Finance Director.
• Checking and review weekly cash flow and YDN CF reports for management review.
• Prepare and present BCP reports to management.
• Review and manage AR collection reports to ensure timely collection.

Process Review and Changes

• Review and Update SOP for Treasury and Finance Team

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Above 4 years’ experience in finance or treasury functions.

• Knowledge of cash management and daily bank balance monitoring

• Experience in local and overseas payments, remittances, and FX transactions

• Familiarity with banking operations, internet banking, MMQR, and POS

• Basic knowledge of loans, interest, and repayment schedules

• Good understanding of cash flow reporting

• Ability to coordinate with banks and internal departments

• Proficient in MS Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
