Financial Management
•    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
•    Monitor cash flow, financial transactions, and ensure effective financial control.
•    Establish and maintain internal financial control systems.
•    Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure efficient financial operations.
    Financial Reporting
•    Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
•    Ensure financial reports are accurate, timely, and in accordance with accounting standards.
•    Provide financial analysis and reports to support management decision-making.
•    Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
  Budgeting & Forecasting
•    Develop and manage the company’s annual budget.
•    Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
•    Prepare financial forecasts and provide recommendations for cost management.
•    Support management with financial planning and business strategy.
 Tax & Compliance
•    Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.
•    Prepare and submit tax returns and related reports in a timely manner.
•    Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements:
•      Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
•      Professional qualification such as LCCI Level III, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent preferred.
•     Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, including leadership experience.
•    Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial management.
•    Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
•    Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
