ROLE PURPOSE

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to create mobile/web designs according to requirements. You will work together with very strong design team members to create high quality user-centered designs. You should be creative and have sharp eyes for details.

• Empathize with users, define pain points, ideate solutions, create user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes, test and iterate on designs based on user feedback
• Translate sketches /wireframes into fully functional prototypes.
• Communicate with business partners, stakeholder and project/product owners to understand the business/marketing strategy
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure the design meets the user requirements
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Optimize existing UI designs
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
• Adhere to branding guidelines and style standards on fonts, colors, and images
• Design graphic elements, illustrations, icons, and logos

• Degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Google UX Design Professional Certificate
• Proven work experience as a UX/UI for at least 2 years
• Experience with design software (e.g. Sketch, Figma, InVision and overflow)
• Mobile app UX/UI experience
• Experience in graphic design
• Strong knowledge of Mobile /Web design.
• Understanding of design system and library.
• Awareness of the latest trends in design and UI UX.
• Excellent attention to design details and balance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Proficiency in rapid prototyping tools
• Good command in English.
