Responsibility on quality, accuracy and turnaround time related to reporting.

Performing other tasks with time constraint assigned by line manager.

Provide an explanation to customer when need further clarification about health conditions (e.g., Rating up cases and/or postpone cases)

Ability to interpret health condition customers once received medical report from panel clinics.

Performing other tasks assigned by line management.

Work closely with transformation team/any stakeholders to implement new initiative related underwriting

Proficiency in English, with strong skills in speaking, reading, writing, and listening

Solid computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Previous experience in the life or non-life insurance industry is highly preferred

Familiarity with medical terminology is an added advantage

Excellent communication and active listening skills

Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment
