Creative Editing (50%)

• Develop compelling sportainment content, including promos, highlights, and storytelling formats.
• Produce and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content with quick turnaround.
• Create engaging graphics and basic animations to enhance visual impact.
• Execute re-editing tasks across sports content (Football, Combat Sports, Motorsport, Golf, and digital clips).
• Propose creative promo concepts and commercially impactful campaigns.
• Manage video assets, including data organization and archiving.

Live Sports Production (25%)

• Support live sports preparation, shooting, and on-set production activities.
• Assist in capturing and delivering content during live events and broadcasts.

Coordination (25%)

• Coordinate with internal sports teams and cross-functional teams for content execution.
• Ensure smooth workflow through preparation, communication, and follow-ups.
• Conduct quality control (QC), manage materials on servers, and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor communications (emails, briefs) and support operational readiness.

• Proven experience in a production environment (broadcast, digital media, or creative agency).
• Exposure to live sports production or broadcasting is strongly preferred.
• Additional skills in shooting or on-set production are a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
• Strong creative mindset with attention to storytelling and visual detail.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sports, especially football, combat sports, and motorsports.
• High-speed editing capability with strong technical execution (senior-level editing skills).
