Job Description

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for senior management and Board Committees.

  • Analyze balance sheet movements, including loans, deposits, investments, and borrowings.

  • Identify key drivers of changes in profitability and balance sheet performance.

  • Prepare short-term and long-term balance sheet forecasts.

  • Support budgeting and financial planning processes.

  • Conduct variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecast.

  • Assist in preparing stress testing and scenario analysis.

  • Monitor liquidity positions and funding gaps.

  • Analyze deposit and loan portfolio trends.

  • Support liquidity stress testing and contingency funding planning.

  • Prepare regulatory liquidity reports as required.

  • Develop and maintain financial dashboards and management reports.

  • Automate reporting processes using Excel, Power BI or other reporting tools.

  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of reported data.

  • Support strategic initiatives related to funding, pricing, and capital management.

  • Prepare presentations and analysis for ALCO, Executive Committee, and Board meetings.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking, Statistics, or related fields.

  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, FRM, or equivalent are preferred.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Financial Modelling).

  • 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Financial Planning & Analysis, Risk Management Banking and Finance.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
