Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

1.Develop and manage a comprehensive product roadmap for device insurance, service interruption insurance, and other relevant insurance products.

2.Lead the product development process, from market research and competitor analysis to product launch and post-launch optimization.

3.Ensure products meet customer needs, align with business objectives, and comply with industry regulations.

4.Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the insurance lifecycle.

5.Develop and implement a data-driven revenue strategy to maximize insurance product adoption and revenue generation.

6.Establish and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track insurance product sales, customer penetration, and revenue growth.

7.Develop and execute pricing strategies that are competitive, profitable, and attractive to customers.

8.Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive product awareness, adoption, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities across all customer touchpoints.

9.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with insurance providers to offer high-quality and cost-effective insurance products to our customers.

10.Negotiate contract terms, manage service level agreements (SLAs), and ensure a mutually beneficial partnership.

11.Oversee the integration of insurance products and services with our existing billing and customer management systems.

13.Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Product & Revenue Insurance team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.

14.Recruit, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, marketing specialists, and revenue generation professionals.

15.Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in insurance products and revenue generation strategies for the telecommunications sector

Job Requirements

1.Bchelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

2.Minimum 8+ years of experience in product development, product management, insurance, or a related field.

3.Proven track record of success in developing and launching innovative insurance products that drive revenue growth.

4.Strong understanding of the telecommunications industry and the evolving customer needs for device and service protection.

5.Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve ambitious goals.

6.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

7.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

8.Experience in partnership development and management within the insurance industry a plus.
