Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To be hired for Hlaing, Hlaingtharyar & Mingalardon Townships. 
  • Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
  • Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP system.
  • Monitor workload distribution and allocate resources effectively to meet operational requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles and company warehouse procedures.
  • Monitor inventory conditions to prevent damages, losses, and product expirations.
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse staff to achieve operational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with warehouse safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement initiatives to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize warehouse space utilization and workflow.

Job Requirements

  •  Candidate must have at least 5 years experience in Warehousing, including 2 years in similar role. 
  • -Must be a bachelor degree holder with Diploma/ Certificate in Logistics & Warehouse specialization. 
  • Experience of using Warehouse Management System (or) ERP system is a must.
  • Experience of leading a team with minimum 10 members. 
  • Experience of working in FMCG wareshouse would be advantage.
