Purpose/ Mission

Reporting to Manager by daily, back up to assist for Operation Jobs and WH Planning.

Job Description 

• Manpower plan for Operation work to receiving Raw Materials process by shift.
• Manpower plan for operation work by weekly.
• Overtime checking for operation by monthly.
• Manpower plan for physical count. 
• Leave and attendance control by daily.
• KPI report for Raw Materials by yearly.
• Manage Physical count for inventory and report by monthly.
• Manpower refresh Training about WH operation procedure and appraisal report by monthly.
• Calculate Stationery & general item and report by monthly & yearly.
• Problem Solving for Warehouse Equipment & Maintenance ( To be monitoring by daily and report by monthly & yearly.
• Provide plan for sample cutting process by shift.
• Overview round check for WH operation by daily.
• Analysis production returned for RM on ground with operation team.
• Need to work Supervisor or WH Planning relevant jobs if absent or unavailable for any issues.
• Inventory adjustment by end of closing and Inventory report by monthly.
• ISO related Process & Implementation Process.
• Manpower Appraisal report by monthly.
• Weight separates for Pup coils and Non-prime base on logistics trailer information.
• Insurance claim report by monthly & yearly.
• Checking with WH operation for Donut process and bore sleeve stocks.
• Reporting to Leader for all Warehouse Operation schedule and issues.

• Minimum 2 years to 3 Years’s experience in Warehouse Operation.
• Must be excellent in advance excel and Powerpoint.
• Intermediate level in English.
• System using.
• Good communication.
• Any bachelor’s degree.
• Certificate in Warehouse Operation ( Supply Chain)
