Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. 
  • Lead, supervise, and motivate warehouse staff, setting clear workflows and ensuring high productivity. 
  • Manage inventory control: to ensure accuracy and availability, conducting regular stock counts and implementing inventory management systems. 
  • Implement and enforce all safety and security protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and conducting safety drills. 
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams: like procurement and sales to align on inventory levels, order processing, and fulfillment goals. 
  • Ensure the efficient and timely fulfillment of orders, minimizing picking errors and optimizing shipping and receiving processes. 
  • Maintain warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring all machinery and tools are in good working order. 
  • Analyze performance metrics: to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. 
  • Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing stock: to minimize waste and reduce costs.
