Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across the warehouse.
  • Ensure all stock is stored properly, labeled, and accounted for.
  • Track inbound and outbound supplier to ensure proper inventory flow.
  • Collaborate with procurement, and operations teams.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
  • Maintain and update inventory List
  • Generate inventory reports and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Participate in periodic audits and support end-of-year inventory reconciliation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certificate or Diploma or Associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data-entry tools.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Intermediate English level
