Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Be responsible to manage day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties. Plan and coordinate with sales team to ensure timely support delivery product to customer.
  • Responsible to manage for daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for fulfilling the receiving, processing and storing inventory according to warehouse policy.
  • Counter check warehouse inventory ground & BIN and SAP harmonizing
  • Manage expenditure of warehouse expenses and cost saving.
  • Warehouse & Logistics Yearly/Quotably budget preparation.
  • Stock management as well as write off simulation.
  • Responsible to manage warehouse all security matters.
  • Manage delivery team to timely deliver to customers with customer satisfaction as well as customer returns matters.
  • To ensure warehouse & logistics operations run smoothly and that people are productive
  • Overseeing warehouse employees/Labors operations. Improve results by assigning tasks to the team properly.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree.
  • Ages Between 25~35 years olds.
  • Must have 2 years of related experiences.
  • Must have Teamwork/Coordination/Organization/Planning/Time management/Reporting/Inventory Control & good managerial skills.
  • Must have Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
  • Proficient with data entry and inventory SAP software and systems.
